Administrator
Patrick relocated to Northwest Arkansas in the summer of 2021 with his wife and 2 kids from Idaho. Patrick graduated college with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. Through college, Patrick worked in all facets of senior living. Direct care, housekeeping, kitchen, activities, marketing and numerous other roles. Patrick has over 10 years of administrative experience in a senior living environment. In his free time, Patrick enjoys playing sports, being outside and spending time with his family.
HEALTHCARE SERVICE DIRECTOR
Christina Coles has been a part of the Innisfree Family for nearly 10 years. Starting as a direct care staff, Christina demonstrated a passion and commitment to the wellbeing of our residents. As the healthcare services director she is determined to ensure that residents feel healthy, happy, and cared for. In her free time Christina enjoys spending time with family, including her dogs Maverick and Goose.
Shelley's parents worked for the airlines, her dad as a pilot and her mom as a stewardess. Through them, Shelley lived an adventurous life and was able to visit many places. Exposure to diverse cultures increased Shelley’s love for food. In 2002 she moved to Eureka Springs to manage the American Diner. She joined our family in late 2011. She enjoys serving the residents daily. Shelley says that if she can brighten a resident’s day she considers her job well done.
My wife and I, Glenda, have lived in Northwest Arkansas for 3 years. We moved here in faith from California. I began my career at Innisfree in 2019. I worked in the kitchen as a server and immediately felt the family atmosphere. In 2020, I was promoted to Transportation Director. Enriching the lives of our residents by providing safe and on time appointments brings me joy on a daily basis.
Jeremy Evatt, joined the Innisfree family in June 2017, with 10 years of administration and operations management experience in healthcare and manufacturing. Jeremy and his wife, Heather have two kids, Sophia and Nolan. Jeremy attended the University of South Carolina where he received a Bachelors degree. After college, Jeremy began his professional career in operations management and found his passion five years later working in healthcare. Building relationships with current and future residents brings Jeremy joy on a daily basis.
Brandon Turner began his career with Innisfree in 2020. Prior to joining the Innisfree family, he was Chief Engineer for eight years overseeing five hotels in Northwest Arkansas. Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and tinkering with cars in his spare time. Brandon always goes above and beyond to assist residents with their needs on a daily basis.
Mackenzie Reed, Joined the Innisfree family in July 2022. Mackenzie moved from Hot Springs, Arkansas for better opportunities and a more developed environment. Mackenzie attended Henderson State University where she received a Bachelor’s degree. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with family/friends. Mackenzie enjoys bringing new activities to the residents, she considers her job to be exciting and fulfilling.
Jill Schlotfeldt
Originally from Iowa, we moved to Arkansas to avoid harsh winters. I have been married to my loving husband for 28 years. We have three sons and a soft-coated wheaten terrier, Annie. My past work experience has been a Receptionist and Activity Assistant in other senior living communities. I also have 18 years of working as a paraeducator. I love to read in my spare time and try new local restaurants. I love making residents smile, and building long lasting relationships with residents and staff.
